K1200RS is the first Beemer to have its motor isolated from both rider and suspension. K1200's adjustable windshield in the lowered position - where it stayed. BMW succeeded, with such touches as adjustable clip-ons, footpegs and shifter, and an improved two-position seat. Carried over from elder Beemers was BMW's patented Paralever Shaft drive.
